I think what you fail to understand is that "all politics is local" eg, if it didn't happen in my underwear, or on the tip of my nose, or in my driveway; it is no concern to me or other real folks.

And if we were being intellectually honest, I think we would agree that nothing resonates nationally with real folks like tax cuts; more specifically tax cuts for me.

Come on Uncle Joe! If we really want to fight inflation how about we cut taxes on dividends in half? Or better yet, let's eliminate capital gains taxes!
