"Holy shit" is my response to reading that. I genuinely would not be surprised if some of the documentation in question was meant to find it's way into Saudi hands to enrich Mr. Trump and his family.

I don’t, though I do generally recall bombshell Trump stories breaking like once a week for the duration of the administration. The kind of shit that would end anyone else’s political career, but bidness as usual for ol’ Donny John.

trump saying that he will do whatever it takes to help turn the temperature down on the outrage caused by all these "scam" investigations into his behavior is just about as hilarious as it gets.
"If there is anything we can do to help, I, and my people, would certainly be willing to do that," Trump said.
"There has never been a time like this where law enforcement has been used to break into the house of a former president of the United States, and there is tremendous anger in the country—at a level that has never been seen before, other than during very perilous times," Trump said.
Apparently he's not willing to do the most simple of things, which is to explain that "in June the National Archives asked me for all of my documents, I claimed to have given them all and then someone ratted me out as a liar so the Justice Department decided not to trust me (for obvious reasons) and came with a warrant to collect the documents I had the opportunity to turn over to the National Archives but chose not to."
