Turnovers a learning experience. The defense looked great.

And, more importantly I think, the team looked competent. Sad that that is the bar, but it is what it is.

It still matters how you look against D2 teams.

Look no further than Iowa City where they beat an FCS team 7-3 in a game where their defense scored 4 points and their offense scored 3 (on a drive where they only gained 5 yards).

Looking competent no matter the opponent quality isn’t a given.
