Agreed. Really wish the US would pick a design and stick with it. Minor modifications to have something new but basic principle design remains the same.digitalkookie wrote: ↑Thu Sep 15, 2022 2:49 pm Less is more.
Give me the simplicity of, say, an Alabama or Penn State football uniform. Stop trying to reinvent the wheel for fucksake.

If it weren’t for the green $ sign, I’m in.

Something more like this ( with a cooler texture than what I found on google ).

Re: next soccer question
I can get behind that design.
If anything, I would reduce the size of the side stripes by a couple inches.

From a pure design standpoint from Nike, one of my biggest gripes is that the logo is in the middle. Don't like that look, don't see it too often, and it fucks up the number placement on the front.
Re: next soccer question
I'm not a number on a front kinda guy but I've seen good designs with them.

Not the biggest deal as all indications are that Musah’s injury is minor. Would have rather seen Busio called in but Johnny has a ton of potential as well. Hopefully he moves to Europe soon.

Ricardo Pepi finally finds the net. 61st minute goal this morning in a 2-1 loss to Sparta Rotterdam.
Re: next soccer question
One of the weakest units on the USMNT has taken another hit. Cameron Carter-Vickers and Chris Richards are both out for the September camp. Sounds like both have minor injuries and will be healthy for the World Cup, but I'm not sure either were considered locks before this camp. They are replaced by Erik Palmer-Brown and Mark McKenzie. I'm a little surprised that James Sands didn't get called in as he can play CB, CM and FB.
Re: next soccer question
Japan the favorites in this one.
Re: next soccer question
That’s insane. I’ve got US at +185. Only $20 though.

US playing a friendly this morning in Dussdorf against Japan.
Japan is kicking the shit out of US. Bad giveaway by McKennie led to an easy Japan goal.
Frustrating.

Yeah, very disappointing performance this morning.
Re: next soccer question
Pulisic in for what will likely be our last game before the World Cup.

Qatar!
It's going great!
"Qatar has called up hundreds of civilians, including diplomats summoned back from overseas, for mandatory military service operating security checkpoints at World Cup stadiums, according to a source and documents seen by Reuters."
