We are 1/80th into the season.
It wouldn't surprise me to see Udeh pass Clemence up in the rotation at some point this year. That dude is long, strong and athletic. He's going to be able to do some things that Self like more than bigs shooting threes.
Agree, very possible. I just wouldn't call it a done deal based on literally the first substitution of the season. Both logged 3 minutes.

Maybe. Probably not. I hope he gets so good it's a conversation, though. Lots of talent and I like his mindset.
Hes got a long way go. But the talent level for pettiford is so much higher. Unfortunately neither can shoot. But both play good defense. Dajuan is better. More experienced. But pettiford is a lot more athletic

Exactly. And he's already behind the McDonald's AA. Who is bigger and stronger than him, and better suited to be a 5 at an elite program like KU.

I am not giving up hope for future years of being a major contributor, but he may be an 8min a game guy this year.

Only 1 defensive rebound in the half. Given what we've seen from KJ since he got here, that's something to watch all season.

Clemence has been passed by I am afraid. Udeh looks BIG. I am not sure how Clemence can get many minutes if KJ is playing the 5 a lot.
I like the combo of pettiford and yesefu coming in together. Makes us so quick

Pettiford is better at scoring. That's it.

We need them both. Doesn't have to be an either or kind of thing.

I would not go there at all. Svi started like the first 2-3 games of his freshman season and barely saw the court after.

Don't get me wrong, I hope Udeh is damn beast for us. We need his size. It's just an overreaction at this point.

Does anyone on here actually enjoy having a slow point guard who can't shoot? I dont. Thats what dajuan is. I dont care how well he takes care of the ball and plays defense. That limited role fits well on some teams. Is a liability on other teams. Lowers your ceiling dramatically

You realize we won a national championship last year and he was a major reason that happened.

If Dajuan Harris hated Jewish people, he’d be Randy’s favorite player.
