Have we fallen into a mesmerized state that makes us accept as inevitable that which is inferior or detrimental, as though having lost the will or the vision to demand that which is good?
Re: The Great Outdoors

Re: The Great Outdoors

The 18-foot Burmese python was caught by field workers in the Everglades national park in Florida. As soon as the field workers spotted the invasive reptile, they euthanized it on site.
The reptile was taken for a necropsy, where scientists found a whole, 5-foot alligator in its stomach.

Colorado Parks and Wildlife officials have little explanation for why as many as 40 cattle near Meeker have shown up dead in recent months in a situation described as “perplexing” to the agency’s governing board this month.
While wolves were an early target for blame, CPW’s Northwest Regional Director Travis Black said just “a handful,” of the dead cattle have any signs that could be consistent with a wolf attack, there was no sign of feeding and they haven’t found any evidence of wolves in the area.

Re: The Great Outdoors
lol
I sorta wondered if it's some sorta sabotage. Maybe ranchers are killing calves to scapegoat wolves as they're reintroduced, and or to collect the reimbursement $$
It's also kind of a fun thought that maybe it IS wolves but they're still elusive enough to do it undetected.
But the thing about the CO high country is, it's covered in snow for half the year, so you'd think any large canine tracks in a cow pasture would be obvious, among other signs.

Re: The Great Outdoors
the reimbursement money for a calf is nowhere near on the hoof value for a market animal. just FYI.

Re: The Great Outdoors
welp, guess that settles it, then.
aliens.
aliens.
Re: The Great Outdoors
it may be wolves, it may not be wolves. I find it extremely unlikely that the ranchers are killing their own animals and their livelihood intentionally as some plot to frame the wolves.
Ranchers dont like wolves....this is true. They are way way way more likely to shoot the wolves and create a necessary reason for the action than they are to kill their own profit in attempt to rely on the government to pay them AND remove the wolves.
We need more information....was there violence? what kind? what marks? could it be sickness? There are a thousand things that it could be but you provided exactly 0 information other than dead calves and jumped into a conspiracy.

thanks 99.
I was not trying to be controversial, and don't know why this has to so promptly get the "conspiracy" reaction, when all along it was so clearly and obviously aliens.
