The Great Outdoors
Re: The Great Outdoors
i'm pretty sure all that ding dong is doing is copycating the last couple episodes of yellowstone.
Re: The Great Outdoors
How high is the bar now? A link to a newspaper report in the Off Topic forum seems plenty.
Re: The Great Outdoors
the issue isn't that the cows died.....its the immediate jump to a murderous rancher conspiracy that I see as confusing.

Re: The Great Outdoors
ok fine.
you got me!
it was just a simple enough post thinking out loud about possible explanations to otherwise unexplained cattle deaths. That's it!
well, that WAS it...
cuz after seeing the way you guys have reacted, now I really do suspect illy and tdub are part of some sorta livestock compensation fraud scheme.

Have we fallen into a mesmerized state that makes us accept as inevitable that which is inferior or detrimental, as though having lost the will or the vision to demand that which is good?
Re: The Great Outdoors
really? I swear there have been Moose sightings in the Palouse/walla walla area. I know last year there was a moose wandering through NE Oregon in the Athena/Weston area just south of Walla Walla.KUTradition wrote: ↑Thu Dec 15, 2022 10:36 am this past week saw a moose sighting in Mt. Pretty cool theyve traversed there qay to the west side tho. Id imagine they'd find some really good environment over on the peninsula. Boggy, wet, moose terrain

I asked him about the moose sighting, and if is related to the wildlife crossing bridge that Washington put across I-90 just outside of Snoqualmie.
He said that is what wildlife experts are attributing it to.
Pretty badass to live in a state that devoted that amount of money and resources to preserve and protect wildlife
* Edit- This is the documentary that I saw a few months back about this bridge:

Re: The Great Outdoors
ive driven under thay bridge many many times. I remember it being built. Was a pain in the ass crossing the pass for years....it was always always under construction and causing traffic delays.Overlander wrote: ↑Sat Jan 28, 2023 11:20 pmTalked to a Forest Ranger in the Olympic today.KUTradition wrote: ↑Thu Dec 15, 2022 10:56 ami saw a USFWS report, so assume it’s accurate…but who knowsTDub wrote: ↑Thu Dec 15, 2022 10:54 am
