Och, yes. The other two, no. Every shot Svi takes in the NBA surprises me based on my expectation. Braun has great size, shot blocking and rebounding for his position and that goes a long ways to keeping a guy on an NBA roster.

Agree with twocoach.
Dotson because of his height, Svi because athleticism, poor defending and more limited skillset.

Yeah, if Dotson was 3-4 inches taller he'd probably be an NBA starter. Unfortunately he isn't.

Eh, Tyrese Maxey is only an inch taller than Dotson...it's not just his height holding him back. He's 6'1. Plenty of guys his size playing PG.

I think the correct statement is "if Dotson was better at basketball he'd probably be an NBA starter. Unfortunately he isn't."

I’m on record saying the best chance Braun has at a long nba career is if he can shoot.

The same goes for Och and Dot.

Maxey’s apparently 40% from deep for his nba career.

I’m guessing that’s a big reason why Svi’s still around the league. He’s only 35%, but I dunno if CB Och or Dot will ever connect at that rate from the nba line….hopefully they do!

Yeah, 6'3" with a 6' 7.75" wingspan works a lot better than 6'0" with a 6' 3" wingspan for sure. Especially when Dotson has never been a very good shooter.

Lots of limitations apply to Svi. But like I said, I have been pleasantly surprised that he has spent as much time on NBA rosters as he has. Good for him.

Coach said if he was taller he'd probably be a starter. That's all.

Wingspan definitely the story on Dotson, plus his jumper's not very good.

The guy that would (have) be(en) a starter if he's 4 inches taller is Frank Mason. Bucks felt he was a baller but a liability in transition defense. Could have been like a Van Vleet.

VanVleet is only 6'1.

MCMo - 30 min, 12 pts, 5 reb, 3 ast

Wiggins - DNP Groin

The Nets beat the Pacers last night in Indianapolis. You're probably saying - so what.
Well, first off their coach is Jacque Vaughn.
Second, the Nets played without KD, Kyrie, Ben Simmons, Seth Curry, Nic Claxton, Tj Warren, Royce O'Neal, and Joe Harris.
