Priorities for coaching staff in year 3 are (1a) be prepared from the opening kick and (1b) find a defensive scheme that can slow down a Big 12 offense.

In just the last handful of games, Baylor, KSU, Arkansas tonight, and even OU were games we put ourselves in 20 point holes in 1 quarter and then looked like the better team while playing from behind.
