What a rewarding and impactful run Westbrook had with another organization.

He was impactful in OKC. And successful. It's been a shit show since then, both in results and the organizations he's gone to. But he's remained a lot more professional than a lot of these NBA guys do in far better situations than Russ has been in.
He will put up crazy numbers on Utah the rest of the season.

"allegedly"? That's almost like saying you allegedly post on this site.

KD to the Suns. They immediately become favorites to win it all in my eyes.

BJ beat me to it. Yep, KD to the Suns.
We are going to be in for a hell of a Western Conference ride for the rest of the season.
Poor Jacque. Went from basically working with a Jordan and Pippen type combo to working with neither.

He also got rid of 2/3rds of his headaches. Now they just need to move Simmons.RainbowsandUnicorns wrote: ↑Thu Feb 09, 2023 5:13 am BJ beat me to it. Yep, KD to the Suns.

I think there is a chance the Lakers move AD today before the deadline.

I'm not so sure. I figure the Lakers with him have a better chance to win the West this season than without him.BasketballJayhawk wrote: ↑Thu Feb 09, 2023 5:15 amHe also got rid of 2/3rds of his headaches. As much as Pelinka deserved all the ridicule he was getting, the guy did a heck of a job the last week.

Sounds like they tried to move him last night for KD, but didn't have enough assets to compete with Suns.
If this is true, and AD knows it, then I think they'd be better off trying to move him for multiple pieces.
Either way, as they sit right now, the Lakers have almost no chance of beating the Suns.

The Lakers did get a lot better last night though. They got better players out of Russell then I thought they would.
They mightve gone from about 9th/10th in the west to 6th/7th
