the coach did a masterful job managing the foul trouble in the 1st half last night.

Hate to agree with most of anything this guy says but Bill has gone from a hard sit on a player with 2 fouls to a much more detailed plan. Put Wilson and Dick back in until the 2 minute mark was just well done. He has definitely adjusted his mindset in that area.

He has done this now for several years when the play of his team allows for it.

I guess COY tends to be more overachieve relative to expectations, rather than just put together the best coaching campaign possible.

And considering we started top 5, there’s not much to overachieve.

It's absurd how CoY awards have devolved into "did better than the poorly done preseason voting that was given 5 minutes of thought and likely done by someone who doesn't know anything other than how many returning players a team has".

If posters get that angry after a 2 hour timeout for bad karma in a game thread and can’t accept an apology then so be it. doyel actively trashed our players with every post. CnB was a known non Chiefs fan and posted we were lucky after Mahomes was screaming in pain on the sidelines.

These weren’t “bans” as I see em but just, hey, take a chill pill and sit this game out.

I’ll exchange those absences for a National Title and Super Bowl.

I treat big game threads as I would a bar.

If it was clearly a KU bar and a guy came in in Vikings gear every game making side comments with controversial calls keeping the customers constantly in check and said “you guys are lucky to only be down ten” during the Super Bowl I’d ask him to leave.

And it’d make coming back in those games all that much sweeter.

Wow, smh. I had no idea, but I have wondered where CnB was. How sad. He is/was(?) easily one of the last of the ever-dwindling well-informed people on this site.

And speaking of "well informed", yeah sdoyel was bipolar on the game threads but so what? Does anyone seriously question his devotion to KU?
