True, but he did have some offensive skills. But you do have to play defense at KU.

That's what I'm saying. He was an NBA-level offensive player who couldn't get on the court at Kansas because he was so slow laterally that he couldn't keep guys in front of him.

I feel like that describes Rice. I'm hoping it's just a mental thing and he's not really that physically slow.
