Don't know if it's been fully here.

MJ Rice going to NC State as announced yesterday.

But it's now becoming closer to the excitement of the Celtics signing a player.
It's cool but not nearly the excitement to see new freshmen come in and follow their careers at Kansas.

It's now more business.
Kinda explains why I didn't care for Remy as much as other players. Or Dick last season.
I’m with you on all of this.
All 3 of us agree then. Who knew that'd be possible

I know this is basketball, but what Sanders has done at Colorado is kinda gross. I understand starting over, etc....but they ran out 3/4 of the returning players. College athletes are a commodity to be bought and sold now. That's also kinda gross. I'm not against the portal or NIL in theory at all...but it's icky icky right now.

pretty much
Have we fallen into a mesmerized state that makes us accept as inevitable that which is inferior or detrimental, as though having lost the will or the vision to demand that which is good?

I feel like Colorado is missing the MOST important point here, which is that the moment this all looks like it's going to work...Deion will bolt. It's a complete no-win for Colorado.

I liked Remy in the end, as he did EXACTLY what he was supposed to...in the end. Dick, he wilted late in the season for the most part, and in 5 years, most of the KU fanbase will be proud he was once a jayhawk. He's still be meh, though, as far as my interests go.

I hear ya. I'm also fine just throwing this year's results in the trash. Losing Self on the eve of the tournament and all.

Deion is the Larry Brown of College Football? Minus the track record.

Supposedly Arterio Morris will announce he's heading to DePaul soon.

Jaylon Tyson visiting KU this weekend.

Some rumors that Zuby will transfer if Dickinson commits to KU.

Not me. I think we're right back in the 1-line with Dickinson. To me, that's a worthwhile result for the ickiness. Unfortunately Zuby is eminently replaceable.

I'd rather those minutes go to Udeh.
Go to Kentucky Dickinson.

Michigan was awful last year. Youre putting too much stock into his numbers. He can't guard.

An absolute no brainer to anyone without brain worms.

Dickinson now visiting Villanova...the dude is either being smart and exploring all his options, or he has absolutely no idea what he's going to do and he's just grasping for straws & schools at this point.

I think HD's appreciation for Dajuan Harris and Self's love of feeding the post will tip him in our direction. Zuby can still provide some meaningful depth and possibly be a force to be reckoned with by his junior year.

Zuby was already kind of a dark horse candidate for a shirt next year anyway.

I don’t want to chase him off either. But, he’s still prob a couple seasons away from being a major contributor, and even that is no guarantee.

If it’s between a dood like that and a dood who’s already produced at a high major level, yea.

Not that I’m all in on Dickinson either. Don’t know much about him. Dude needs ink.

But I didn’t realize he’s listed at 7’1”?! That’s something you just can’t teach Zuby. That would be the tallest dood in the Self KU era. Have we ever had a footer NOT work out well?

A seasoned footer, plus 6’11” Udeh off the bench, and KJ a dirt nasty matchup small ball 5, that’s a hell of a front court.

Wait, Dickinson can shoot the 3?

nm, not sure why we’re bothering, Self must already hate him.
