I mean, his biggest sins seem to be:

1 - gets drunk at Super Bowl parades
2 - has a wife who annoys people
3 - has a brother who causes problems

With the obvious caveats that we don't really know who these guys really are...he seems pretty rock-freaking-solid.

If no Chiefs history or affiliation I think I'd like Joe Burrow more than Pat Mahomes.

But Mahomes is better at football.

Mahomes wife and brother make him nearly unlikable for me, if he weren't on the Chiefs.

Burrow comes across as smug.
Mahomes comes across as fun.
But yes, in a neutral world, Mahomes might get dropped because of his wife and brother, for me, below say someone like Josh Allen, who seems pretty cool.

I get, to only a very limited degree, holding his choice of spouse against him. He can't choose his brother, and nor can he control him.

For me, it would only be because of his success. People who have issues with him because of his family are weird. I assume that most of us also have weird/annoying relatives. It makes zero difference to me since it has nothing to do with anything. Having a problem with Mahomes' wife or brother mostly means that people spend too much time on social media arguing with opposing fans and are sick of arguing about those two.

True, he can't control it. But I liked Xavier less because CJ wasn't very likeable.

to be fair I wasnt factoring in his family when I made that statement. I know nothing of them outside of what's been shared here.

Josh Allen is little bitch boy who gets no coffee. And humps opponents after tackles.

Oh hi.

"Super Bowl LVII was the most-watched U.S.-based telecast of all time, according to revised data announced Tuesday by ratings agency Nielson.

The Kansas City Chiefs' 38-35 victory over the Philadelphia Eagles on Feb. 12 drew an average of 115.1 million viewers across all platforms, nearly 2 million more than Nielsen's previous announcement."

I have family and friends who are all big Broncos and Raiders fans. They all hate the Chiefs, mostly they hate how much their teams have been losing to the Chiefs over the past several years. But if I change the subject to Mahomes they love watching the kid, when he isn't playing their team. Raiders fans love watching him punk the Broncos, and Broncos fans love watching him punk the Raiders. The kid is having fun playing football and makes the game more entertaining. I don't know or care what his family is up to.

Jackson Mahomes was arrested Wednesday morning on a warrant for aggravated sexual battery and booked into the Johnson County jail, records show.

This fucker is the worst.

On one hand, this doesn’t appear to be arising from NEW conduct.

Right.
This is from the video where he grabbed that girl in the bar and forced his tongue down her throat.

Oh wait. It might not be.
Jesus.

Do not provide $$ for legal support Patrick.

Yeah I think it is. That girl was the owner of the bar. He kept a low profile this past season. But I can almost guaran-damn-tee that he's close to being forced out of Patrick's stuff.

As I’ve said before, there’s a pretty short list of things that could derail what should be a pretty rad next ten-ish years. This is one of them. The club and the player need to do whatever is necessary to separate from this situation (presuming Patrick doesn’t want to put everything at risk to indulge Jackson’s shit).
