there are greater than 500+ days between now and the big election in nov 2024. that is more than enough time for anyone that needs identification to obtain proper identification.

i could walk to california and back, in less time. like 5 times.

Because, as an example, the loser of the last presidential election filed dozens and dozens of lawsuits, in courts with hand-picked judges, and was laughed out of the room over and over and over.

We don't require "proper identification" to vote. Not everywhere. And yet incidence of fraud is rare.

The only ginning up here is being done in right-wing media. Creating solutions in search of problems. And here you are, hook line and sinker.

In 2014 there was a study of the past (at the time) 1 BILLION votes case at all levels (federal, state, local)...

You remember 2014 - when there really weren't many states that required ID to vote.

You know what the study found? There were 31 instances of voter fraud. OUT OF 1 BILLION FUCKING VOTES. And not 31 cases of mass voter fraud - 31 votes cast were fraudulent.

That's it.

In 2014.

But you fucking people lost your shit as the Republicans preyed upon all of your fears and insecurities (that they convinced you of over the previous 30 years).
