I have a strong feeling randy doesn't understand the definition of Constitutional Carry.
Regardless, I would like randy to answer what the homicide rates per 100,000 citizens are in
Mississippi, Alabama, Missouri, Tennessee, Arkansas, Georgia, Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Oklahoma, and Texas compared to all 50 states.
I could be wrong but I believe each of those states are in the top 20 (or at least top 25).
At least 2 if not 3 or 4 of those states are in the top 5.
Top 10 highest homicide rates per 100,000 people:
Mississippi - 20.50 per 100k - Constitutional Carry? YES - Republican State
Louisiana - 19.90 per 100k - Constitutional Carry? No - Republican State
Alabama - 14.20 per 100k - Constitutional Carry? YES - Republican State
Missouri - 14 per 100k - Constitutional Carry? YES - Republican State
Arkansas - 13 per 100k - Constitutional Carry? YES - Republican State
South Carolina - 12.70 per 100k - Constitutional Carry? No - Republican State
Tennessee - 11.50 per 100k - Constitutional Carry? YES - Republican State
Maryland - 11.40 per 100k - Constitutional Carry? No - Democrat State
Illinois - 11.20 per 100k - Constitutional Carry? No - Democrat State
