What makes someone too old to be President? I would happily vote for an old fuck who is competent over a young fuck who's not.

Yes, our last two Presidents have been "old as fuck". Unfortunately, they have both been poor choices (to/for me) regardless of their ages.
If they are on the ballot, I will abstain from voting for either of them in 2024.

As far as Covid, I feel it should be low on "our" list of worries right now.
I don't know if you clicked on the link I provided for randy but if you did, it's somewhat confusing/conflicting. It's possible "the White House" may have "inadvertently" sent out the email regarding requirements/(mandates?) for visitors. Therefore, it may be low on "their" list too.
