do they employ algorithms to get you to use the software excessively?
What's wrong with just asking questions? Or, do you have something to hide?

Free speech continues, annoyingly for Elon, to not mean what Elon thinks it means.

I've brought this up elsewhere, but I really think a baseball writer friend of mine got it best when he suggested that what we're seeing is what happens when a generation of people who grew up with the pubs using culture war garbage as voter engagement (without seriously intending to pursue it as policy)...makes its way into the actual seats of power (and in fact pursues culture war garbage as policy).

I would guess the same was true originally of cars vs horses.

Probably. But - and smarter minds than me will have to answer this - my suspicion is that "automated" cars are not really safe at least until they represent a strong majority of vehicles on the road (and, they talk to each other).

Either that, or they need enough failures to adequately be trained, which you can't get by simulation.

I prefer the former. Either way, I think before we die, driving will be automated and safer than today.

Twitter being sued for music copyright issues.

Sometimes I wonder why digital text and images don’t have the same protections and audio. Oh right. Money.

if Elon REALLY wants to make a splash, he should try just relinquishing his money and power that he doesn't care about.

unless that was all just some rationalization about how much money he's loosing since he purchased twitter.

It's crazy to me how butthurt a few of you are that Elon bought twitter and is trying to make it an unbiased fair platform for free speech where all voices and truths can be heard without political corrupt dictating a narrative.

He did it knowing damn well he would lose money in the process, he's said that from the beginning, but he didn't do it for money, but because it needed to be down

We saw all the problems with big tech censorship and political collusion and we desperately needed a solution

What kind of a pitiful sheep minded fool do you have to be to be convinced Elon is bad for doing this?
