Fran said he’s a 4 year player.

There’s a better chance of him starting for an nba team in 4 years than KU.

Since he probably won't have any NCAA eigibility left in 4 years...that seems like a safe bet

Yes, I knew someone would get me on that after I posted.

What’s crazy, though, Bill RS’d him with the idea that he would be here in 4 years. What was Bill watching this past summer?

I see him as a 3-year player who could probably compete in the NBA after 2 years but will be held back by scouts due to the lack of hype on him.

The way he's playing, I wouldn't be shocked if he left after 2 years. His ceiling is really really high.

I think he’s here a max of 3 years. Likely gone in 2. He’s good. Once he develops an outside shot even more, he’ll be tough to stop.

I'm not so sure that his lateral quickness is NBA-level at this point. Needs to be able to guard 1-on-1 without fouling. But he'll get there.

But man, can't we just enjoy him for one minute before the NBA talk starts?

Oh no doubt. Och’s rise has likely hurt Grimes a lot. How in the world can a scout watch the two of them on the court and say that Grimes, and not Och, is the NBA player?
