Randy - a kid comes to the teacher, tells the teacher the kid is attracted to people of the kid's same sex. The kid tells the teacher that their parents are avid Fox News viewers, throw the word "fag" around casually, make homophobic jokes about people who drink Bud Light, and so on. The kid says he's seen dad grab mom by the neck or throat.

You want that teacher to be obligated to tell the parents they have a possibly-gay kid?

"The teachers union" is different than "a teacher" and they aren't making any decisions for anyone in the topic being discussed. They are just listening to a kid and giving them some privacy.

I know the Dems are afraid of the consequences but at what point do they finally realize enough is enough with Fetterman? If they truly care about HIM and his well being they will realize what's best for HIM is to step down. Regardless if he wants to or not.

One of the proudest moments in my fatherhood was when my oldest daughter called from Manhattan, KS about midnight. I was in be asleep, Mrs. 99 answered the phone and got me up to take the call.

My first thought was holy smokes, she's in some kind of trouble. What's wrong?

The first thing she said was, "I just wanted to call and thank you for not giving me daddy issues, cuz every girl my my sorority has them."

Turns out, one of her sorority sisters called too loaded to drive home from a frat party and she was pretty darn happy she never had to deal with that.
