as someone living in DC, can anyone that follows the NBA give me some insight into what the Wiz are doing? is this an improvement, or if they're tearing it all down why does it make sense to trade for Poole (do they have to spend something, e.g.) - better contract than beal but now with more draft picks?

I wish he would have worked as hard on his game. I don't begrudge the guy some fun, but the NBA is all about putting in work.
