The police shot and killed a 17 y/o boy of Algerian heritage the other day during a traffic stop that video (allegedly) shows the police-person didn't face any immediate threat.

(June 2019) Austin, Texas - Craig Brooks, a 26-year-old guest service employee at a Holiday Inn Express, spoke with INSIDER about the incident.

After taking the unnamed woman's credit card information to book a room, she said she would be there within 10 minutes. Brooks responded he would see her then, but didn't hang up the phone right away.

According to Brooks, the woman said "that f***ing [n-word]" while still on the line.

"It" probably needs a little more clarification as spending has steadily increased. The amount of spending as a percentage of over GDP has dropped. But counting on that to show that it's not that bad is probably a pretty bad idea as "GDP" seems to be a fluid metric that means something a little different over time.

But if the actual number stays the same it is declining. Just like how if you don't get a raise in a year, that's a pay decrease

Meh, like I said, I would rather see that number go down as I am sure that a good audit would prove out that there is a lot of discretionary spending in there that is at best unnecessary and at worst downright fradulent.
