Is there a specific case you're referring to? The only recent case involving any of those names has been Hunter Biden and he doesn't seem to have avoided any accountability for his improper behavior so far. Most legal experts believe that the charges he is currently facing are charges that rarely get charged so he may be getting held more accountable than a regular citizen would in the same situation. He was also discharged from the Navy Reserve for failing a drug test when it could have just been glossed over due to who his father was.

Have the Clintons, Bushes or Obamas been sued by hundreds of US workers for refusing to pay them for work that they did (or for anything else)?

Have the Clintons, Bushes or Obamas been accused dozens of times for some form of sexual assault by women both of age and under age?

That's great on a meme and I agree it would be really scary if that was what it is actually about.

But it's not reality.

It's about some people being mad that their wants, needs, beliefs, feelings, priorities and way of life are perceived as suddenly being marginalized and under attack because they no longer feel like they are the most important members of our society. They spent 240+ years in this country being the most important beings on the planet and now they don't like being told that others should matter as much as them. To make it worse, they are being told that some of their tax dollars will be used to help others who have actually been marginalized through the history of this nation to close the gap on the 240+ year head start that they have on those marginalized members of our society. And more people are proving that much of what has been drilled into people by the Catholic Church about those not like them is in fact just flat out wrong.

As retribution for being so wronged, they have decided that in order to protect THEIR freedoms that they are convinced are under attack, they are perfectly OK with voting for a President who is 100% all about authoritarianism.

So spare me the bumper sticker answer about "Freedom vs. Authoritarianism"; you prove on a daily basis what it is really about.

Am I wrong to think that Rudi became so unabashed, so unhinged, for so long trying to spread Trump's Lie despite having nothing in the way of evidence, it's hard not to feel like any testimony he has to proffer now, and there should be a whole lot, is diminished in some respect from what it would have been were he offering it before he went so whack?

Full disclosure:

I fully expected to be paying attention primarily to Trump's document proceedings down in Fort Pierce, FL this afternoon, but with Trump announcing his target letter and the Michigan AG announcing felony charges against 16 Michigan residents for their role in the alleged false electors scheme following the 2020 U.S. presidential election, it's hard to keep up.

But it is reassuring to see that people are being held accountable, although it's disturbing it has taken so long. But then, we're constantly reminded how special Donald Trump is, and how there's a separate code of conduct for him, whether it's trying to overthrow our government, or stealing, hoarding, and sharing top secret documents having to do with potential plans for war and our nuclear weapons.
