Re: Charges
seriously, he’s a good guy
Have we fallen into a mesmerized state that makes us accept as inevitable that which is inferior or detrimental, as though having lost the will or the vision to demand that which is good?

What SHOULD happen to a person who keeps top secret information they’re not entitled to have? And shows it off to people without clearances?
What SHOULD happen to someone who seeks out officials to rig votes?
What SHOULD happen to someone who knowingly lights a fire in a gas-soaked building? And then waits hours to call the fire department once the building is engulfed in flames?
In other words, I got nothing, I'm out.

The rapes, the theft, the wire fraud, self-dealing and insurrection weren't enough to stop a love based on hate.

To be fair - I don't necessarily think that an investigation is "meritless". If there is reputable evidence of lawbreaking, investigating that possible lawbreaking is of course fine. Biden is no more above the law as President than was Trump.
However. I'm not aware of any such reputable evidence. And if such reputable evidence exists, any investigations sure seem to be fruitless.
and i’m not suggesting that parnas is the most reliable of sources…just found his comments interesting, as he was seemingly on the front lines of trying to dig up dirt on the Bidens in Ukraine

If Biden doesn't run, can we substitute Dan Goldman?
At today's House Oversight Committee hearing, Rep. Dan Goldman (D-NY) questioned IRS Whistleblowers about the Hunter Biden case

People should read this whole thread.
There may be *overwhelming* evidence that all of Trump’s post-election fundraising was fraudulent.
Would be so fitting if it’s sore-loser grifting that gets him.

It will be interesting to see the full timeline that adds all of the calls out to states and when they illegally accessed voting machines in Georgia.

Re: Charges
I have a feeling this timeline will be laid out for you, and for all of us, in exacting fashion.
And it's a fairly clear-cut case, given the bombastic tone of his fundraising emails etc. If privately you admit you know you lost, but you milk the rubes for cash on assurances that actually you won, that's fraud!
(What's interesting is that in this example, the crime isn't the Georgia call or voting machine access, or the riot incitement or even the failure to stop the riot...instead, all of those things are evidence that you knew you lost). So the government doesn't need to prove the more complex insurrection charges - just that Trump and his campaign took people's money on false premises.)
