Fish: you patiently explain why pissing on a match impacted its usefulness to the man trying to ignite water. Props

Nobody said they existed separately. The point is there is a lot more to consider than just a virus that is little threat to most everybody
You're right. There is. And the people with the authority to "consider" these things chose, in the most important window, to literally close our eyes and ears to the problem.

It's fucking wild: I understand that old and poor people dying doesn't necessarily move the needle, but in a just world we never would have required a literal coup attempt to disqualify The Defendant and his loser coterie from leadership. The Defendant's response to Covid alone was probably the single biggest presidential fuckup in at least the last 150 years.
Amazing how you'll bring trump into anything. Oh right all trumps fault. Good point. At one point in the early phases, when covid was just a china thing, before the big outbreak in Italy and Europe, Trump wanted to shut down all travel to and from China. Which sounds like you'd agree with that right? Would've helped stop the spread right. Did the liberals support that idea? No that wrote articles about what a xenophobe
You might to go take a look at what Trump's proposed travel ban was in reference to China. He did not propose banning all travel to and from China. He proposed banning all travel by non-US citizens who had been in those areas in the last 14 days. It was perfectly fine for US citizens who had been in those areas to fly back to the US if they had been in those areas.

The biggest political success from covid was finally getting someone in the White House who was able to properly distribute vaccines and who was able to get businesses what they needed from a procedural, cleaning supplies and physical separation barriers perspective so that they could open their doors again.

Angela Merkel, Jacinda Ardern and Narendra Modi* say hello.

The only people for whom it didn’t end well were Trump and wannabes like Boris, Bolsanaro et al.

*while Modi really belongs in the latter category, he is credited with handling the pandemic in a responsible manner

It turned DeSantis into a political star. They absolutely love him in Florida because of how he handled it lol. And when he was up for re-election he won in a landslide

Not really. It went poorly for Cuomo because he pulled Trump-like behavior with women and it finally caught up to him. Unlike the Family Values Party.

Newsom annihilated people who wished it would go badly for him, in spite of his personal lack of judgment.

Should have gone worse for Newsom than it did, IMO

The best thing Democrats have going for them in California are Republicans.

Because in case you forgot, he ordered covid positive patients back into nursing homes. Basically condensing the virus into the most vulnerable population. Where 15000 died in New York nursing homes alone

Sad how Randy is obsessed with democrats that democrats don't like, while making a fool out of himself supporting a guy who wouldn't piss on him if he was on fire.

At least I'm not supporting the ghost of a man who's been a corrupt politician for 50 years

Who we all know is mentally slipping and just a puppet of the intelligence agencies. Nobody can really justify that
