Any chance they'll let us out of these FEMA Camps Obama locked us in, first?
Have you forgotten about the Death Panels or have They already killed you in the FEMA Camps? I’m really having a hard time keeping up with what all They have done to me. As an example, I went to find tin foil for my hats and all I could find were aluminum foil.

They’re coming for me, man!!!!!
That was cold zsn, I wish you hadn't brought it up. It brings back memories of when they unplugged grandma.

At least you have insight, and were trying to take precautions with the tin foil hat. And, wtf is "Al you meneeum foil"? Sounds woke!

BTW, when do we get our guns back, that Obama took away?

Many long-covid symptoms linger even after two years, new study shows

People who endured even mild cases of covid-19 are at heightened risk two years later for lung problems, fatigue, diabetes and certain other health problems typical of long covid, according to a new study that casts fresh light on the virus’s true toll.

The analysis, published Monday in the journal Nature Medicine, is believed to be the first to document the extent to which an array of aftereffects that patients can develop — as part of the sometimes debilitating syndrome known as long covid — linger beyond the initial months or year after they survived a coronavirus infection.

According to the findings, patients who suffered bouts of covid severe enough to put them in the hospital are especially vulnerable to persistent health problems and death two years after they were first infected. But people with mild or moderate cases are not spared from the consequences when compared with those who never had covid, showing an elevated risk of two dozen medical conditions included in the analysis...

Sounds logical, but I'm not aware of the mechanism.

VGR!

I'm not going to reassure you of anything in the future but I can and will reassure you that Alex Jones is a horrible person and has a history of spreading lies and brainwashing ignorant and gullible people.

Isn't Alex that loud fat dude who told us about Pizzagate, and that Sandy Hook was a hoax, and that Jade Helm was part of Obama's plan to declare martial law and stay in office?

That guy seems LEGIT!

I genuinely hope you’re right. I can’t deal with going back to lockdowns and masking regs again.

He has been right about a lot of things, too. People tend to focus on the ones that he got wrong.

He's wrong about almost everything. Now that I see where you get information from I understand your views.

You never hear what he says and think "I should find reliable primary sources"?

Let's put it another way. If you think he's right more than wrong, you'll bet me $100 that this happens? Dead serious.

VGR!

Can you not comprehend why people tend to focus on the things he "got" AND CLAIMED that were wrong?
There is a difference between facts and opinions. He's been wrong about both. You're God damned right I am going to focus on what he "got" wrong. The man is an ASSHOLE.
Do you live in a world where you feel it should be forgiven if a person shoots and kills and 20 people on a bus because he once helped an old lady cross the street?

In 2023 I publicly predicted Brandon Johnson would win the Chicago Mayoral Election "run off". (he did).
In 1976 I publicly predicted Russia would bomb the USA. (they didn't).

In 1986 I publicly said the Spring weather in Lawrence Kansas was overall fairly nice. (I felt it was and am confident many/most people would agree).
On December 31st 1983 I was drunk and publicly said (to about 5 people) I was going to marry Cindy Crawford and blow up the hotel we were staying at. (I did neither)

Which ones would you "focus on" in regards to my predictions/facts and my opinions?

For perspective:

From a Webb MD affiliate, Medscape, 8/17/23:

COVID Hospitalizations Climb for Fourth Straight Week

...Weekly new hospitalizations for COVID-19 have climbed for the fourth straight week.
Nationwide, 10,320 people were hospitalized during the week ending Aug. 5, up from 9,026 the week prior, which is about a 14% week-over-week increase, according to newly updated CDC figures. Hospitalizations reached an all-time low of about 6,300 per week in July.

...The current predominant strain remains EG.5, and experts believe it is not more severe or more contagious than other recent variants. The next look at whether EG.5 continues to sicken more people will be on Friday, when the CDC updates its variant estimates.

Brownstein told ABC News that one reason for the concern about rising COVID metrics, despite their overall low levels, is that a surge occurred in the summer of 2021 with the dangerous Delta variant.

"But each new variant so far that has come through has subsequently had less of a population impact," he said. "Now, is it possible we may see one in the future that is worthy, a real concern? Absolutely. But overall, we've seen a dampening of effect over the last several variants that have come through." [...]

The best defense we have at avoiding actually-restrictive measures is to stop throwing temper tantrums over masks indoors.

I think from the start i've been against mask mandates for a virus with this mortality rate and long term effects ( in this case, not necessarily a Federal mandate, but a private business mandate ) except for public transport ( especially air travel ), medical facilities/hospitals and perhaps public schools.

Public schools seems like it should be an emergency vote at the state level.

I understand a business has the right to require a mask -- but I think a sign that strongly suggests a mask should be what goes up or even a masks required time frame ( 8-10 AM or something ) would be more in line with my take it or leave it stance.

Outdoor spaces requiring masks - gtfo.

** disclaimer - this is not me saying you shouldn't wear a mask if there are further widespread outbreaks, you should - but I don't think essential stores like grocery stores or gas stations etc. should require a mask to do business **

as much as any business has the right to require the mask. the folks have the right to spend their money elsewhere.
