Please other candidates, don't say VGR's name again.

DeeeeSantis: "Stone cold dead." weak
This is a disastrous night for DeSantis.
I hope you're right, but remember, we're talking about the republican base.
The problem is that Vivek pushes the same buttons, but better. I think Vivek will crowd DeSantis out of the cray cray lane. Not sure who will emerge in the sane lame.

Nikki Haley trotting out a “Teach the kids to read by third grade” campaign promise is, ah, dated.

Wow Tim Scott. Just hammer that anti-trans button as your closing argument.

Assuming "winning" means improving poll numbers, my guess is Vivek won.

I liked Haley. Relatively.

I can't believe you guys watched the train wreck. Except maybe for Fish, as a lawyer. I did scroll thru the comments which is as close to a recap as anyone needs. The republitarian party denying empirical data, attacking Mexico and taking away rights. Sigh.

Early in the two hours, I might have agreed about Vivek, but after his climate denial*, I'm not so sure.

*Not that the denial distinguishes him significantly from the rest of the B-team, but being so much younger than the others puts him in a different light.

I asked fish if he would take notes and post them afterwards, but he wouldn't agree to.

Guess Randy's memes will have to be surveyed for repetition to see who they want to portray as a winner.

Vivek won. Easily the star of that debate. Not that it matters, none of them will beat trump in the republican primary

But vivek is a breath of fresh air this country needs. Young energetic optimistic political outsider who actually stands for something, actually represents the people. The future is bright for him if he had any long term interest in politics
