Eh, there were more than 14,000 people arrested for their actions during various BLM protests, more than ten times the number arrested for their behavior on Jan 6th, who have faced an average sentence length of just 60 days.

And the average length of federal crimes from BLM have been FAR worse: https://apnews.com/article/records-rebu ... d3345dace8

But yeah, keep spreading the same dumb lies. And just because you were too lazy to bother to fact check your assumption and was thus unaware that they were lies doesn't change the fact that they are lies.
Meh, I'm more interested in percentages. The number of people who did anything wrong on January 6th was miniscule compared to the sheer numbers who engaged in rioting, looting, and mayhem associated with the BLM protests. The numbers should be much higher for the latter and lower for the former. But, hey, go ahead and manipulate the numbers like you are wont to do. If nothing else, it elicits adulation from your fanboy Trad every time.

add to that, that the DOJ trumped up a bunch of charges to make them federal offenses, rather than allowing the states to seek charges themselves

The people who did "far less" were charged with far less and those who were charged with "far less" were typically released on bond while awaiting sentencing.

Once again, your social media feed you claim not to pay attention to is getting your facts convoluted: https://www.politifact.com/factchecks/2 ... assers-th/

Those that were held awaiting sentencing were being charged for more serious offenses or were deemed flight risks. And keeping them in solitary was probably the safest thing they could do for them. Anyone who actually did "far less" was likely released on bail and served no prison time:

"An additional 113 rioters have been sentenced to periods of home detention, while most sentences have included fines, community service and probation for low-level offenses like illegally parading or demonstrating in the Capitol, which is a misdemeanor."

i should’ve been clearer

it was BLM protesters/rioters who had their charges elevated

Indeed.

A whole lot of state level crimes that somehow ended up as federal charges.

This is not political (this is the politics bored) but it's a perfect example of FAFO.
Seems every time there is bad weather and warnings NOT to go in to the lake, some assholes feel the need to be stupid. My guess is I will know this person and/or their family.

Today In: MAGA! Making Attorneys Get Attorneys

Irony, much:

In the second panel, checkout the subject and who was involved in an event in 2021 where Eastman was a featured speaker about "the responsibility of the citizens to defend their republic". The Kochs, Dana Rorbacker, Ginni Thomas, Charlie Kirk.

The Steamboat Institute is proud to present "Looking Ahead: Three Avenues of
Engagement to Keep our Republic"
- AND
*What Really Happened? An Insider's Perspective on Representing the
President and Claims of Election Fraud"

So how’s being a sycophant to one of the sleaziest and most dishonest men of all time working out for Eastman?

So many indictments, so little time.

“Sorry Judge, I can’t come in to be professionally humiliated, I’ll be busy getting arrested.”

Sorry judge. I can't make my disbarment trial for my coup attempt because I am being arrested for my coup attempt.

Delaying his disbarment proceedings because he’s too busy being arrested for what he is being disbarred for.

"I don't have time to fight the loss of my bar license in California because I'm trying to stay out of jail in Georgia."

My genuine question would be - what’s he fighting so hard to keep his law license for at this point?

Jewish UFC fighter Natan Levy taught a Nick Fuentes fan a very valuable lesson about believing in and spreading the hateful vitriol that Fuentes and his legion of losers spew on a daily basis.

Aren't the republicans the ones who are always going on and on about "voter fraud"?

Every accusation is:

A. Projection?
B. A confession?
C. An admission?
D. All of the above?

Rumor has it the perp also voted in two different states in 2014 and 2016, but the statute of limitations on those crimes has expired.

This looks about as staged as the old Bully Beatdown show on MTV. All that’s missing is Mayhem Miller’s trenchant commentary.

I have to agree to a degree.
3 thoughts....
Who paid to have him go to Levy's "gym"?
Could/would have Levy destroyed him if he really wanted to? My guess is Levy didn't want to come off as the bad guy/asshole by beating the living shit out of him.
Did the guy play football for Wisconsin?

On a related note, supposedly Shimon Smotritsky took on a Fuentes supporter too. With similar results except Smotrisky made the guy bleed.
