I know as much about college football as I do about brain surgery.

My take is whichever team scores more points will win the game.
If I had to make a prediction I would guess UNI 17 ISU 30

Have we fallen into a mesmerized state that makes us accept as inevitable that which is inferior or detrimental, as though having lost the will or the vision to demand that which is good?

My nephew in SLC might not be able to sleep tonight because Gutter didn't include the Utes vs the Gators game tonight in his worthless predictions.

Thanks for nothing,

Sorry Shirley! Other than the KU game, I only picked scores for Saturday games.
My worthless prediction for the FLA / UTAH game would have been something like Fla 24 Utah 27

Hit the nail on the head with the Mizzery State score. Was off 11 on the KU score.

My guess is no one reads this but unless Illinois loses to Toledo today, it's looking like the Illness will probably be favored against KU.
Hard to say this about a week 2 game but it very well may be the "make or break" game for both teams.
I'll probably change my mind next week but right now my score prediction is Illness 24 Birds 20.

The big question is not whether Mizzou is foul and pathetic (we know that they are); it's "Why is JFish following Mizzou Athletics on twitter?"

Not sure why but in the 2020s Mizzou seems to be as popular of a school for Chicago area kids as KU was back in the 1980s.
I cringe when my friends and acquaintances tell me their kids are at Mizzou - and they are proud about it.
Maybe it's my ignorance but I can't think of a single reason why anyone would be proud/happy their kid is at Mizzou - over any other school.
Me being me, sometimes I subtly respond, "I'm sorry" when someone tells me their kid is at Mizzou.

Fantastic jerseys for both teams in the CU/TCU game.
Coach Prime wearing a hoodie in 87 degree (soon to be 90) sunshine.
First defensive series of the Prime era at CU = 3 and out for TCU.
First offensive series of the Prime era at CU = TD.

CU = Super Bowl!
TCU = JUNK!
