But if you blame someone else for a 90 year old getting sick... that's dumb. She could have gotten sick anywhere, with or without masks

I am not at all saying this is/was the case but of course I am going to blame someone IF (that's a HUGE if) they were knowingly sick and went to a movie and sat next to someone - not caring if they infected the person/people they were sitting next to. No matter if the person they sat next to was 90 or 10 or any age in-between. No matter if the person who was sick had Covid or "just" the flu, or a cold, or whatever.
My mother may have caught Covid from someone else. We will never know.
I don't really give a damn if masks "work" or "don't work". Right now, this isn't about masks.
I do give a damn IF (again - that's a HUGE if) someone showed signs of being sick and didn't give a damn about getting someone else sick. At a movie, on a bus, at work, in a restaurant, at a concert, whatever.
I go off on people who come in to my office and are CLEARLY sick - and people make ME out to be the asshole.
That's the country I live in - and the people who live in this country.
