I wouldn't have been upset if both teams lost.
I would rather see ND play at the Rose Bowl. Now it looks like tOSU has a better chance of being there.

Cheapest single ticket on Stubhub at 7:33am for the BYU / KU game was $45 before fees.

I could pay to fly to KC, pay to rent a car, buy a ticket for the KU game, pay for parking, and pay for food at the game, for less money than it would cost me to buy a ticket for the OSU/ND game.
KU BYU exciting game.
OSU ND?
So far not too fun if you are a Domer.
I'm glad I didn't pay to see Northwestern get their ass kicked by Minnesota but wouldn't have mined paying to see the Flubs (Cubs) beat the Balboas (Rockies).
LOL at me!
Northwestern was down 21 going in to the 4th Quarter. They won in OT.

The Fighting Roommates shutting out Utah, up 2 scores in the 3rd.

I'd ask how the f this is a top 25 matchup but these teams are actually pretty good

OSU's receivers fast, but also about as tall as amphibious rodents

BYU waxed Cinnci and scored two more touchdowns than OU. And scored two more than last week on a vaunted defense.

That was a crazy play by UCFs QB on 4th and 5.

We want UCF to win.

59 yard attempt for UCF.

Nope.
Well I wanted UCF to come in with a win.
Lost to Baylor at home.

We gotta beat ‘em.

Don't remember ever rooting for Notre Dame before, but that touchdown to take the lead over undefeated Duke 21 - 14 with 31 seconds left, is muy bueno.

I'm laughing because I had ND -5.5 (in my ESPN "pool")
Touchdown only made it a 5 point spread.
The 2 point conversion was a HUGE play for many who bet on the game and had ND -5.5 / Duke +5.5.
I feel bad for Riley Leonard (Duke QB who got injured at the end of the game).

definitely sad that JD6 didn't play. I'd rather just know where we are as a program, and not coulda shoulda woulda all day. But alas, these back issues are probably here for duration of season.

The thing I am taking away from it was after that massive hit on Bean, Leipold decided to play for the rest of the season. We weren't going to get a W yesterday. Maybe better that it didn't go down to an OPI.

I think what we learned yesterday is that we have the starting talent and coaching to play with almost anybody for 3 quarters -- regardless of the QB situation.

What we don't have is the depth to grind it out for that last quarter, in the absence of a game-changing playmaker.

If Leipold continues on his current trajectory, we're maybe two years away. If not, then we're a perennial 7-5 bowl-team, with a chance to be better when we stumble into a guy like JD.
