I have ABC news on in the background while I work. They were interviewing a hospital official. I noticed they zoomed in on him and quit showing the very animated sign language interpreter. Not sure if she thought this was going to be her 15 minutes or what, but geeze. Good call ABC.

I wouldn't necessarily say that I was you. What you shared was valid and true.
I find many signers are extremely animated - to the point of actually being a major distraction to some/many of those who are not hard of hearing.

I didn’t watch Friends and only knew about him peripherally, but a point I heard someone make about his ongoing problems with addictions was that unlike so many others with that affliction, he maintained his wealth and managed not to lose everything as a result.

Felt good this morning. Made the decision to fight back. Yes, at the risk of getting shot but at this point I don't really care that much.
Asshole made an illegal left turn (didn't wait for green arrow - which the sign clearly states is required) and almost hit me. I was walking in the crosswalk.
I yelled at him "GREEN ARROW ONLY". He gave me the finger AND said fuck you to me. I started to walk up to his car and he drove off slowly. I kept walking towards his car and he pulled over by the Hancock on Delaware. I kept walking quickly towards his car and pretended to reach in to my laptop bag as if I was going to pull something out. Dude floored it and drove off.
Yep, could have been shot but as I said, at this point I really don't care. Go ahead, shoot me. Put me out of my misery of living in a fucked up city, country, world.
