The Washington Post reported this week that an outside investigative firm approached the NCAA on Oct. 17 and presented extensive evidence on Michigan's signal-stealing operation. LOL.... so who exactly hired this outside investigative firm?

When everyone knows you cheating then counter measures. TCU was killing Michigan in first half. We need a Michigan coach to admit that at half they realized the signs they were stealing were not actually working so they abandoned it.
