Hey defix, thanks for posting that. What great timing!

Why, just yesterday I posted this:

Frank going home and getting paid more money. Really the best outcome. KC pretty stacked right now.

Mahomes listed as/with "Illness".
Mahomes with "illness" is better than at least 20 other QB starting today who are healthy.

What an arrogant, embarassing joke of a performance by the KC Chiefs today.

Mahomes was ill though. Really bad game plan in the circumstances. Tough cold elevation dictated a run-centric game plan today. Really bad coaching too today. The last interception was on a clear PI, but the other four were gut punches. Skyy Moore had a chance to turn it around. But missed it.

I didn’t get to watch but five turnovers is inexcusable. Against a defense that let a team put 70 on em. Twocoach is right.

What about against a defense that held them to one touchdown in Arrowhead the last time they played?
Nah, I agree, still inexcusable.
Bottom line is the Chiefs laid a turd. They will hopefully figure out what went wrong, try and correct it, then put it behind them, and move on to the next.

The MVS fumble was legit caused by Denver and I don't feel like MVS was careless in letting it happen. The last Mahomes INT was on 4th and a million so he had to do it, no fault there.

The Hardman fumble was 100% self inflicted. The Mahomes fumble was from being careless and his first pick was a WTF throw.

The Chiefs just genuinely looked like they didn't believe the Broncos could beat them and their play calling was equally as arrogant. Cute ass shit like the handoff to Toney on 3rd down in the red zone and the asinine throw by Mahomes on 4th down that Moore dropped. Great to have confidence in your guy but maybe not on 4th down to a guy who has more bad plays than good on the season when you are down by 2 scores and there is less than 6 minutes left in a game against a team that has running down your throat.

Arrogance.

Have we fallen into a mesmerized state that makes us accept as inevitable that which is inferior or detrimental, as though having lost the will or the vision to demand that which is good?

They need to get a good WR before tomorrow's 3pm CT trade deadline.
