Next level talent. Needs to be drafted and worked into a position.

Against Iowa State, the key will be to make them so worry about the edge runs that passes down field open. ISU is not as fast as OSU but plays the same 3-3-5 defense. Trying to contain Bean caused OSU to channel him and shut down the run with essentially a sell-out (until the 4th Qtr and KU didn't adjust by running more). I think the pass will have to open up the run this week. And it can. But if Bean sees space, he should always run like Nolan Cromwell.

I’m more excited about this game than last week’s. If the team wins, a decent bowl is certain, barring 3 straight losses to finish the season.

I hope we are up by 21 in the 3rd quarter, nonetheless.

A "decent" bowl meaning what?
I figure regardless if KU wins or loses today KU will play in either the Alamo, Texas, Pop Tarts, Liberty, or Guaranteed Rate. Maybe even the SUPER BOWL!

If I had to guess, I would say KU will be 8-4 going in to the bowl game and will either play against some ridiculous typical power house like LSU, Alabama, or Clemson, or we play against some typically shitty team I have zero interest in seeing us play.

Clemson?!?! They only have fours wins....they lost the last two. They could end up 6-6 but most likely they not going to a bowl. lol

I would be interested in some typically shitty team in whatever bowl.

I would like for us to win a bowl game.

Gutter- a bowl where at least one (preferably both) teams aren’t marginally good.

To Pdub’s thought I understand wanting to win a bowl, but I’d rather see KU play someone similarly skilled.

All they said, I still hope we align with Missouri.

Pre-season Top 10 team. Plenty of talent.
Laid a turd against Dook and a bad loss (by a TD) at NC State but gave FSU all they could handle and should have won but choked against Miami.
I'm fairly confident they are going to a Bowl game and I wouldn't be shocked if we play them in the Plop Farts Bowl.

I am too.
I’d love for us to get our running game humming and for our defense to get two take aways.
Bean takes his shots only when needed and scrambles for firsts.

ISU has a good defense. Certainly over the season far better than ours.
But you can reverse it for offense.
Their quarterback is young but better than they expected. Still you can get him to throw some bad passes ( hopefully more than Beans ).

Any way to get the win is fine.
It’s a road game, they aren’t easy ( especially for us ).

It’s very fun to have a team with a good offense. So many years of the exact opposite.
