This morning I was flipping thru my future recordings, saw the KU vs Ill game is recording Sunday at 6E, and found out the Big10 Network is part of a sports package I already had with Xfinity.

I also feel that we need to take whatever number Lance wants, and multiply it by 1.5. I don't think we should look at it as the cost of our second-most-important coach. I think we should look at it as the cost of staying inside the cut line when the time comes (which it will, soon) for a break from the NCAA.

Just yesterday I was thinking/knowing it is asinine that Craig Counsell will get paid 8 million a year by the Cubs.
Today I am learning Bill Self, who was already getting paid a LOT of money and was very content with what he was getting paid, is going to get even more money. Because......
Meanwhile, there are people working 8-12-16-18 hour shifts 5, 6, or even 7 days a week, busting their asses to just to survive and feed and clothe their kids, and some of them aren't getting paid $30,000/$35,000 a year.
But hey, I'll say it again, good for Bill.
