Idiot me decided to go on the field after the game. Smart me went to Coach Braun and congratulated him. Dude deserves legitimate consideration for COY.
I just saw that NW won, and hoped it gave you a lift.

Glad you enjoyed yourself.

Thank you! I sincerely appreciate that!
Unfortunate outcome in tonight's game. I give our guys credit for battling.

What a bizarre dementia post. Not only do they still have a team, they've had one since 1969. They just play in D3 now.
chicago left the b10, sir, in the 30s. and suggesting someone has dementia is a little overboard.

So Oklahoma State just needs to beat BYU at home and they'll be in the B12 title.
I think Texas is in regardless ( they get Tech at home ).

They were down 56-7 last night with 20 minutes left to play in the game. To a team that was 4-6 (lost their last 6 in a row) and was in in last place in their conference.

To review...
CU started out 3-0.
CU is now 4-7 and 1-7 in their conference.
CU is NOT going to a Bowl.
CU is ass.

To top it all off, his players in which he takes so much pride in and has stressed the importance of being respectful Christian men to - some if not many or most of them seem to take pride in being complete assholes.
I like Deion. I like him a lot less after this season and his tenure at CU.

This rubbed me the wrong way last night. I'm 100% in support of players playing with emotion - but under control.
Probably one of the 5 most talented players in college football felt the need to do this....

TCU was seen as a big win. Now they have a losing record as well.
Nebraska was seen as a big win. Now they have a losing record as well.
Colorado State was seen as an exciting win. Now they have a losing record as well.
Colorado's only other win was against Arizona State who, you guessed it, also has a losing record. Meaning that Colorado does not have a single win against a team with a winning record.

That's a whole lotta bragging and talking for a whole lotta losing.

As soon as they start winning again, the hype train will start rolling down the tracks once again. Over state (much of the time) things that are going well, and do not post anything negative or disparaging.

Btw, does anyone know the best angle to hold one's phone to get rid of a double chin?

Laughed that the Iowa/Nebraska over/under was supposedly the lowest in recent history at 25.5 (down to 24.5) and that it hit the under with a 13-10 final.
I'm sorry but I admit I have watched 3 Iowa games this season (all of the game at PSU, most of the Northwestern at Wrigley, and most of yesterday) and Deacon Hill may be the most inept college QB I have seen play. Yeah, his OL isn't very good and it seems his WR aren't very good either but the guy flat out sucks. Or at least he did when I have watched him play.
Buddy of mine wants to see KU play Iowa. No thanks. Game may put me to sleep. If we do play them, I like us to win by a score of something like 18-12.

Moving on.....
Had a "free" $25 in my Fan Duel account. Made some wagers.

4 team parlay teased Missou down to -5.5, PSU down to -11.5, Texas down to -6.5, Oregon down to -6.5.
Might be the EASIEST win I have ever had.

Other parlay that hasn't been completed I had Oklahoma down to -2.5, and Iowa up to +7.5.
I need tOSU +7.5, Lousiville -6.5, and Bama -6.5 to win that one.

Didn't need to tease a single game yesterday and would have still won easily on all the games other than the Iowa game.

Missou won by 34
PSU won by 42
Texas won by 50
Oregon won by 24
Oklahoma won by 24
Iowa (was a dog) won by 3

I have a 6 teamer of Duke -2.5, Indi +7.5, CU +24.5, AZ -6.5, Clemson -2.5, UCLA -6.5.

Seems the consensus is "we" are Guaranteed. Not a bad Bowl and not a bad destination.
I do NOT want to play Northwestern. Only because I want to watch Northwestern win their Bowl game. I do think "we" would/will beat Northwestern by about 8/9/10/11/12/13 if "we" were to play them.
My hope is "we" face Rutgers and "we" beat the piss out of them.

Have we fallen into a mesmerized state that makes us accept as inevitable that which is inferior or detrimental, as though having lost the will or the vision to demand that which is good?

So, this is assuming Oregon beats Washington?
