The 76ers are basically the kind of team I'd always end up with in redraft modes in NBA video games. A shit ton of former Jayhawks. My kid does the same thing now. He'll play with the nuggets and sub braun in and take almost every single shot with him since that is his favorite KU player or play with the 76ers and take every shot with Embiid (smarter/better success than doing with Braun LOL).

This is the 76ers best chance yet to win a title with Embiid imo. Maxey is a legit 2nd option now. And Oubre and Tobias fit very well with those 2.

Kelly Oubre Jr. says he got injured after a car hit him and fled the scene but Philadelphia police are doubting his story. It wouldn’t be the first time an NBA player lied about the cause of an injury but there are serious reasons to doubt the newest Sixer is telling the truth.

Seems understandable that he wouldn't know street names by heart yet. He's only lived in Philly for a few weeks.

To ME - No, it does NOT seem understandable that he wouldn't know the street names within a couple of blocks of where he lives. It does seem understandable he might be confused as to where exactly it ALLEGEDLY happened.

(we sure could use his shooting this year, obviously)
Have we fallen into a mesmerized state that makes us accept as inevitable that which is inferior or detrimental, as though having lost the will or the vision to demand that which is good?

I know it's not uncommon for rookies, even lotto picks, to get sent down...but how bad he's looked this year is concerning. After watching the first part of the NBA season, I am comfortable saying Gradey probably wasn't ready for the NBA. At least not to be a main contributor. Wish he'd have stayed for 1 or 2 more years at KU.

I said it last year, but also starting to wonder if Braun is going to be a better NBA player than Ochai.

Yeah, we could use his shooting from last year.
His NBA shooting has been atrocious. Thus, his being sent down. Where he proceeded to shoot even worse (see link below).
It's very early but so far, the dude is an early fraud/bust.

I blame it on the Canadian poontang (assuming he's not gay) or Poutine but maybe it is the clothes?

Chosen One's worst NBA loss. His fault or not that they lost, the team was -30 with him on the court.
I'm making a prediction that he is not on the Lakers next season unless his son is on the team with him or they sign yet another 40+ million dollar player to add to his 40+ million and A.D.'s 40+ million.
One thing I am very confident about is that if they are just a few games over .500 this season, Ham will not be back next season.

Back to former Birds in the Big Boys League....
Games 11/27

Embiid 31 min, 11 reb, 11 ast, 1 stl, 1 blk, 30 pts
MCMo 20 min, 1 reb, 1 stl, 16 pts
Och 16 min, nothing other than score 12 pts
Braun 12 min, 2 reb, 2 ast, 0 pts, game worst -19

Former Birds in the Little Boys League.....

Dev Dot went up against Limp Dick last night.

Dev played 37 min, 14 reb, 9 ast, 1 stl, 27 pts
Dick played 38 min, 5-21 fg, 3-12 3pt, 4 reb, 2 ast, 2 stl, 22 pts

Wtf is going on with Gradey?

Dot puts up crazy numbers in G league, but still can't get much of a shot in the big boy league. Wild how hard it is to make it to, and stay in, the NBA.
