I knew OKST Defense is not good. I didn't think they would be give up 35 points and over 400 yards in the first half not good. JUNK!

Sometimes they play better in the second half. Sometimes.

Ewers throwing short routes or to a spot, letting his huge guys make plays in space. OSUs defense was unprepared. I liked the LB sitting on the crosser. UT gotten away with murder defensively

I will have a sad if UT is left out of the playoffs for winning a lesser conference championship in a conference they continuously weakened and denigrated. Seems so unfair. The irony is that this might be their last chance in a long time. Heh.

Bama holds on for the last 5:45 and the committee has a conundrum.
Washington is the only sure team at the moment.
Can/will Bama go from an 8 to a 4?
Dawgs may still be ok but Dawg fans have to root for Iowa and Louisville.

You can’t have two ( current ) SEC teams if Michigan and FSU wins.
Sorry.

Yea. True.
But I don’t like the SEC so I mean, Bama getting in over future Texas doesn’t do much for me in terms of schadenfraue.

The way UGA went thru BAMA's defense so easily on their first drive I thought UGA would win too.

Buddy asked me who I thought (think) is in. This was my exact response.

Great question! I have heard and read different things. Supposedly, the committee is supposed to choose the 4 “best” teams and not necessarily the 4 “most deserving” teams. TODAY I think the 4 best teams are Georgia, Alabama, Washington, Michigan, in that order. After those 4, in order I think it’s Oregon, Texas, Florida State, and Clemson. Ok, maybe not Clemson but I honestly feel TODAY they might be the 8th "best" team. Of course a strong argument can be made against that. Maybe/probably OSU is "better"?
ZERO chance the committee ranks them the same as me. Who do I think they will put as 1,2,3,4? I think they will put either Michigan or Washington as 1 and 2. I think they put FSU at 3 and Texas at 4. To me, Bama gets screwed. I just don’t see how they eliminate FSU. They were 4 and won their championship game. How do they eliminate them? I also don’t see how/why Georgia goes from 1 to 5 or worse but they have two definitive teams in Michigan and Washington and have to then choose between Georgia, FSU, Texas, and Alabama. 3 of those 4 won yesterday. They have to take 2 of those 4. Someone gets "screwed".

michigan

seems pretty straightforward

To you it seems pretty straight forward. ;)

3 questions.
1. Do you feel those are the 4 best teams RIGHT NOW or the 4 most deserving teams?
2. I'm not saying they don't deserve to go in ahead of Texas and I can come up with more reasons why I feel Bama deserves to go in ahead of Texas but why do YOU feel Bama deserves to go in ahead of Texas? A valid reason why I ask that is because Texas proved they are better than Bama in a head to head meeting.
3. What are the top 4 in YOUR order? To me that's a huge consideration for the committee. RIGHT NOW I feel Alabama is a better football team than FSU. Do you think the committee will "reward" the #1 team by having them play #4 Bama? To me, if Bama is #4, it would be better for Michigan or Washington to be the #2 than the #1.

i don’t watch cfb, so mine is an admittedly relatively uninformed opinion

1) it’s a mix of best and most deserving

2) bama just beat #1 to win the “best” conference; tejas’ win over bama was way back in september

3) see my caveat to this post

Michigan
Washington
Bama
Georgia

Why? Because FSU is playing with Ballard essentially, and Tuck Fexas.
