Serious question, Are Chandler Lawson's arms freakishly long, or is his torso freakishly short?

I mean, he's 6'7" with a 7'5" wingspan, so you'd think it's long arms, but he has the torso of your average 5'4" man.

Dude is ALL limbs, I'm concerned this means his hips are high...where's BofH?
