I'm rooting for that to happen. Definitely feels like a kid who can be really good in a few years if he sticks with the program.

Maybe a Travis Releford type trajectory? Defender, ball mover, and eventually a threat for catch and shoot 3s.

Who knows, it's hard to say until we see more of his skill set. We've seen some glimpses of some beyond his years defensive moments and has at times looked very comfortable with his positioning and rebounding. Next year will be really interesting if he sticks with it. My hope for all the freshmen is that they are patient and stick with KU to give them time to develop. Self should point at Udeh wasting his talents down at TCU as what can happen if you think you're going to bolt to greener pastures.
