Rodgers is exceptionally "smart," from a cognition and retention standpoint. No doubt whatsoever.
What he's NOT, at least outwardly, is wise, or discerning, or judicious. He has lived in a very very very sealed bubble for at LEAST 20 years now, and that'll warp ya.
