Honestly, was proud no matter what tonight. What a battle this season has been. Terrible refs in a few, terrible offense on several, drops, mistakes. But battled. Best defense since 1970.

Purdy led 2 drives in the 4th quarter and a third in OT where SF did not have the lead when they got the ball and were leading when the drive was done. He was excellent tonight. What a great game!

John Elway handing the Lombardi Trophy to the Chiefs on the Raiders home field was chefs kiss perfect.

We shoulda beat these dudes by more.
You could probably come up with more scenarios in which the Chiefs could/should have won by more.
I feel KC could/should have won by more but.....
A person can slice it up however they want.
Would a 9ers fan be wrong if they said if a blocked extra point doesn't get blocked - the Chiefs lose the game?
Would a 9ers fans be wrong if they said a punt touching the foot/leg of a 9ers player - helped the Chiefs win the game?
Would a 49ers fan be wrong if they said McCaffrey doesn't fumble the ball on the first drive - the 9ers were probably going to score?
Would a 9ers fan be wrong if they said losing Greenlaw to a freak injury MAY have been the difference maker?

Ifs/buts/candies/nuts/ we (Chiefs fans) all had a jolly fat man after the game and a merry Christmas.

We had more yards.
They got 3 1st downs from penalties to our zero.
I still think we shoulda beat em by more but we were brain dead first half.

Still trying to make sense of that final drive.

First and goal, we have timeouts, and just kinda let the clock run?

Are you talking about OT or regulation?

The clock was irrelevant. KC's OT drive could only end with a score or a turnover. If the clock ran out before either of those 2 things happened, they would have started a new OT clock.

Oh, interesting.

If that’s the case then why even have a clock in OT

In regulation I think they shoulda taken one more shot.
They had the timeout.

I think the Chiefs kinda snuck that play in at the end -- maybe the 9ers were thinking they'd just let the clock run so they could have more time to draw up a play -- but got right up there and Hardman was wide open.

Beat the Dolphins who were the hot ticket early season with Tua and Tyreek in the MVP convo.
Beat the 2 seed Bills in Buffalo who had a loaded team on paper.
Beat the 1 seed Ravens in Balty and the league MVP.
Beat the 1 seed 9ers the favorite to win the title.

I still think Veach needs to address the WR room but he was right.
I still think Andy was unnecessarily conservative and blew a TO instead of challenging but he was right.
You can now debate that this is a dynasty.

I would be interested to see the analytics on contested spots. Replay refs seem to uphold the spot a lot, almost torturing logic to keep from embarrassing the crew. But that one You had to red flag

Questions.
1. YOU (meaning the person reading this) win the coins toss in OT. Do you want the ball or do you want the other team to have to ball first?
2. The other team scores a TD and kicks the extra point. Your team scores a TD. Do you kick the extra point or go for 2?

1. I want the other team to have the ball first...but Romo had a good point - said the 9ers defense looked gassed so they were going to give them a breather before they had to line up v Mahomes.

2. Depends on my offense ( and I guess also my defense )
