https://news.yahoo.com/putin-says-russi ... 6yah2n5GJKPresident Vladimir Putin said that Russia would prefer to see U.S. President Joe Biden win a second term, describing him as more experienced and predictable than Donald Trump — even though Moscow strongly disagrees with the current administration's policies.
Putin's comments during an interview with Russian state television Wednesday were his first about the upcoming U.S. presidential election, likely to pit Biden against Trump. They were rare praise for Biden, a fierce critic of the Russian leader who has frequently lauded Trump.
“Biden, he’s more experienced, more predictable, he’s a politician of the old formation,” Putin said, when asked which candidate would be better for Russia. “But we will work with any U.S. leader whom the American people trust.”

Have we fallen into a mesmerized state that makes us accept as inevitable that which is inferior or detrimental, as though having lost the will or the vision to demand that which is good?

Every so often Arizona needs to remind us that Florida doesn’t get to hog all the crazy.
Re: 2024
Ever so often, on the rare occasions when I see/hear "every so often" rather than "ever so often" used, it's like sand in the gears of my brain. But, it only happens every so often, so I never took the time to look into it. Turns out, it's a good thing I almost never use the phrase because "ever so often" means the opposite of what I thought it did:
“Every so often” mean every now and then, from time to time, occasionally. “Ever so often” means so very often, extremely often.

There is no pretext here.
Ari Fleischer tells Fox News viewers they can make the federal criminal cases go away against Trump by merely making sure he's elected president, since Trump can just have his DOJ drop those cases.

When you're in the minority because the American people don't care for your "policies", (I use the term loosely), you have to be creative.KUTradition wrote: ↑Sat Feb 17, 2024 9:34 am don’t like the rules?

And if that requires that you become an unpatriotic, anti-American, fan of an emotionally deficient Putin-loving pos who wants to "eliminate" the constitution, as long as you win, nothing else matters.

Fairly amazing how, just like Trump has confessed, it always comes back to Russia.
Just recently:
Trump shadow-blocks Ukraine aid.
Trump gives permission to Russia to do whatever the hell it wants.
Tucker gives Putin a soft-focus interview and subsequent praise.
Putin kills Navalny.

Welp, our Republican caucus is here in Boise March 2nd. First time to attend for partner and me. We’ll be endorsing Nicki but unfortunately we’ll likely be battling Trumpsters. Looks like we won’t vote in November if it’s between Biden and Trump.

Caucuses are an experience. I'm glad I did it.

How would you life be without Medicare and Social Security?
