Woodland is 2 over and missed the cut at -2.

Truthfully, even for a guy coming off a normal injury that wouldn't be a bad result after a long layoff with long periods of zero practice....for a guy like Gary coming off a serious injury that's pretty impressive. Especially because he hasn't been in great form prior to the injury anyway so I wasn't expecting much. A different guy (Zalatoris) who had a serious back injury came back and shot like an 80 at an easy ass course a few weeks ago, so Gary should be encouraged by his play at the Sony this week in Hawaii. Plus, now he can watch the Jayhawks and Chiefs games tomorrow!

I mean, probably not? Sherron probably isn't a very good coach either.

Jeremy Case on the other hand appears to be a good coach.

Jacque Vaughn is a good coach.

Former PGs can make great coaches. They can also make shitty coaches I would imagine.

Absolutely....but still not sure that fully translates to coaching. Avery Johnson by all accounts was a good PG with a good work ethic and he made for a fairly shitty head basketball coach.
