Why are you opposed to following laws? There’s a reason we have speed limits.

Having said that, I think it’s a pretty stupid law to take on. Driving 35 mph in a 25 mph zone is a lot more dangerous than driving 75 mph in a 65 mph zone. So, the car has to actively monitor current speed limits? Also, driving 65 mph in a 65 mph zone when it’s raining heavily is more dangerous than exceeding the speed limit by 10 mph!
