He seems to be the player with most growth potential. Elmarko should, but who knows. He seemed lost.
At this point, I’d be OK if they both didn’t come back.
Furphy, a guy they're talking about being a possible lottery pick, and you don't want him back?

Yeah, but that’s just immediacy of anger after final loss of season (or maybe not this year)

It's kind of a relief this season is over.

I didn't watch much after WVU. On top of the injuries, it was like there was a curse in play. Need to sage the Big 12

I’d love for the both of them to come back, actually, along with KJ.

Elmarko needs to see a sports psychologist, Johnny needs to get stronger, and KJ can potentially have a Thomas Robinson type senior year if he plays next year. Add in FB and another guard, maybe a solid 3 pt shooter, and I can see that team maya deep tourney run.

Probably. He has been worked over on defense the last 6 weeks or so.

Didn't realize Few has been to 8 (now 9) straight Sweet 16s. Good for him.
I'll refrain from pointing out Self has never been to 9 (or 8 or 7 or 6 or 5?) consecutive Sweet 16s.

He’s not a lottery pick this year. Just haven’t been overly impressed with him this season.

Sweet 16s are great at a place like Gonzaga..

Furphy clearly has elite potential next year if he has a good offseason. Would LOVE to have him back. Elmarko might be a good guard off the bench 2 seasons from now if he sticks around. He just isn't reliable enough to count on at all right now.

If KU gets McNeeley and then lands two good transfers out of the portal, they will be right back in the mix next year.

He's supposed to be a senior in high school, so I'm willing to give him another chance to become a lottery pick, next season when he's the age of a freshman, or the one after that.

Would like to get T Grant Foster back here, if he has any eligibility left.

just a 3? that was just classic gutter: highlight something inocuous about another program (notice i didn't say school!) that is a finger-in-a-fresh-wound solely to remind jayhawk fans on a jayhawk site that we may be biased as if we didn't already know. i'd say at least a 7.

Self has made it to at least the second round every year now for 17 seasons. No other coach can say that. But you be you.

He's also Australian, which means he starts with a mental deficit. If he can overcome that, he can be pretty special.
