Have we fallen into a mesmerized state that makes us accept as inevitable that which is inferior or detrimental, as though having lost the will or the vision to demand that which is good?

What is it with Dookies, Tournament and injuries to opposing players? I can think of a couple of instances at least……Archie Marshall, the dude from Louisville with his shin bone………

My mother is currently in 5th place out of 66 people in my office pool.
She needs Illinois to beat UConn. Purdue to beat Tennessee. Illinois to then beat either Bama or Clemson and Purdue to then beat either Duke or NC State. Then Purdue to beat Illinois.

My worthless predictions.....

UConn beats Illinois by 7
Clemson beats Bama by 4
Duke beats NC State by 4
Tennessee beats Purdue by 4

UConn beats Clemson by 9
Tennessee beats Duke by 3

UConn beats Tennessee by 6

My hope....
UConn beats Illinois
Bama beats Clemson
NCState beats Duke
Tennesse beats Purdue
Bama beats UConn
NCState beats Tennessee
NCState beats Bama

I have nobody left to cheer for...im.noe only cheering against. I'll cheer against Uconn, Duke and Illinois in that order.

I guess I'll jump on pdubs NC State express.

If not them then I suppose Tennessee because I like Ricky

How is anyone going to beat this team? These guys are focused. Hurley is hungry for success. Demands a ton from his players. And it shows.
