Sitting here watching the OSU game with beaverfever.

They’re 17-11 with a lot of close losses but win the play hard chart. Beav is always giving me shit about how spoiled KU is.

Don’t tell this to him, but pretty sure they could beat us.

Beav: you think loosing the conference championship for the first time in 15 years is bad? OSU is fighting for their first 10-win conference season in 30 years

OSU looses in OT.

had a shot to win it tied up in regulation but went brain dead and never got a good shot off.

Beaverfever’s had even more Coors Lites than his team has conference wins.

Odd happenings last night.
DePaul goes to Georgetown (a team fighting for a spot in the tournament) and beats them by 32.
Northwestern (which had a 10 game losing streak and is done) beat Ohio State (a doubtful but possible tournament team) by 18.
Seton Hall was down 9 to Marquette and then went on an 18-0 run to finish the game.
Tulane lost their 25th game of the season. Mike Dunleavy Sr. < Gutter?
Vandy had a solid Senior Night. Lost their 15th straight by only 36.
San Jose State lost their 25th game of the season at home by 10 points - to a team that has 23 losses.

One of the guys in the group I play battlefield with is the dad of Kylor Kelley. It’s fun to hear his insights about college ball in particular, and Oregon State specifically.

I asked him if Kylor might have a chance at NBA, being a 7 footer and all. He said not right now, but then informed me that when he was between his junior and senior years, he bulked up 25 pounds, so he’s hoping the same for his kid. They’ve been so close in quite a few games.

Car Bragg had 22 and 20 last night. For whatever that's worth.

Good, he seemed like a good kid.

Will someone give me 25-1 odds that we have a rematch with Bradley or Bucknell in the first round of tournament?

Danny just coached his last game at Wake. Don't know that for a fact but I think it's a safe assumption.

May cost the Zags a 1 seed. May not.
If not, I have to ask if the Zags laid down for the Marys.
Does it really matter being a 2 seed instead of a 1?

Clemson/NC State - are you kidding me?
Clemson scored 42 points in the first 19 minutes of the game. Were up by 16 at half time.
In the 2nd half they had a 10 minute stretch where they scored just 2 points.
7 points in the last 15 minutes of the game.
Supposedly a bad foul call against them with 3 seconds left and up 1. Lost by 1.
Clemson out?
