They just showed a brief clip on CNN about it.

Yikes!

We had a total of 50+ tornados this evening. Most slid west and north of the most populated areas but there is still a pretty good amount of damage. One went right by the airport.

All good here and everyone I checked in on is OK. Crazy day, hopefully no one was killed.

I miss Colorado lightning storms. I'll never miss Tornado weather. Shit is scary AF. One of the bad ones was a half mile wide and had rotational velocities over 230mph.

Look at the size of this fucker.

I am a little nervous about what things look like around here in the light of morning. The Omaha airport got hit, a train derailed outside Lincoln. Storms hit as schools were getting out and people were getting off work on a Friday afternoon. A few schools didn't let kids out from school until after 6pm. Feels a little creepy outside to be honest.

No fatalities reported so far but some neighborhoods and communities have been devastated. More storms coming in again this afternoon. Fingers crossed.

As severe weather continued Thursday through the Great Plains, residents of a southwest Texas town reported a dramatic temperature drop on Wednesday and hail so deep they had to deploy snow plows to clear the streets.

The temperature in Marathon, Texas, fell more than 50 degrees on Wednesday afternoon as thermometers tumbled from around 105 degrees to the mid-50s in about an hour…

That temperature drop proves "Global warming" is the myth we always said it was!

Saw my first lightning of the year last night. Kinda surprised it didn’t happen sooner.

It was on the far side of the divide. Looked like was storming pretty good in Denver.

Still haven’t heard any thunder yet tho.
